A regular physical activity not only provides you muscle strength but it improves your over all health and gets the cardio vascular system running better.During exercise,our body releases certain chemicals that creates a positive feeling.
I workout about 5 times a week and thought I’d share all the products I use once I’m back from the gym.
Garnier Micellar Water
I usually have sunscreen and some chapstick on my lips when I go for my workout.So I pour some of the micellar water onto a cotton pad and get everything out of my face and prep it for cleansing.
Simple Moisturising Face Wash
I have pretty dry,sensitive skin and this face wash works well for my skin type.It leaves my skin clean and hydrated.
Faceshop Jeju Volcanic Lava
You only need a pea sized amount of this really mild scrub,It lathers up so well.Your skin feels squeaky clean post use and super plump and nice.I always use this when I feel my skin needs a bit of extra pampering.
Dot and Key Underarm Detox And Color Correcting Mask
Before I hope into the shower about once a week I use a mask for my underarms.Yes!You heard that right!This is specifically good for women who shave or wax often and have darker underarms.It’s just like a detox/color correcting mask that you leave on for about 10-15 mins and rinse off
Post shower I follow up the cleansing routine with a moisturiser.
It’s just like a mini log book to keep a check on my weight and the diet/exercise routines.
