The best way to prepare for a working week is to take a rest day,a weekly off for the sole purpose of doing something good for your own.
The World Mental Health Day this year is on the 10th of October 2018 which means a day that an employee takes off from work in order to relieve stress or renew vitality.It’s important to acknowledge this,mental health is as important as physical health.I feel mental health should be a priority year round and it’s important to take days off when you’re feeling overly stressed or depressed.
What can you do to make yourself feel better?
Netflix and sleep may sound really tempting but it’s just a temporary solution and isn’t going to help in the long run.We have to come up with permanent solutions like
1)Seeing a therapist:If you are feeling unusually low,depressed it’s okay to see a therapist and get help.There is nothing wrong in seeking help for your betterment.
2)Relax:Do activities that you enjoy,that relax your mind and keep you occupied.
3)Hobbies:Pick a hobby that you love and work on it.
4)Make time for your family and friends:Spending time with friends and family will only promote greater happiness
5)Be optimistic:I know this can a little hard to practise in today’s world but an optimistic,positive attitude is a perfect blend to be happy
